Medicare Redetermination Examiner

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the temporary part-time Medicare Redetermination Examiner will conduct redetermination reviews, respond to appeals, and evaluate documentation, all while working remotely for a six-month duration.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct redetermination reviews in accordance with Medicare rules and regulations
• Respond to incoming appeals from Medicare appellants, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Evaluate documentation to determine compliance with outlined policy criteria and initiate corrective actions as needed

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of work-related experience
• General PC knowledge
• Ability to adapt to changes in processes and guidelines
• Strong prioritization and analytical skills
