Job Summary
Leading the implementation of regulatory strategies, the full-time salaried Medicare Regulatory Compliance Director will develop and maintain compliance requirements for assigned products, collaborating with various departments and communicating key regulatory changes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and tracking regulatory requirements across the company
- Communicate key regulatory changes and trends to stakeholders and leaders
- Collaborate with Product Compliance Partners, Legal, and other departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in compliance program management and contract experience with Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in developing compliance and fraud programs
- Preferred experience in oversight of federal and state insurance or program requirements
