Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Medicare Sales Agent - NC Licensed will work remotely across multiple states, managing inbound calls to assist prospective members with their insurance needs and guiding them through product selection and enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective members, converting inquiries into qualified leads and sales
  • Follow up with members to address questions and review current or new products and services
  • Document member information across multiple systems while maintaining engagement and active listening
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
  • Current and active Health Insurance license in state of residence
  • 1+ years of recent sales experience utilizing a health insurance license, or a bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training, with flexibility for overtime and weekends
  • Current residence in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, West Virginia, Indiana, or Michigan
