Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
- Design and develop strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Coordinate with executive leadership on performance indicators and support Telesales operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations within Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and comparable telephony solutions
