Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
  • Design and develop strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
  • Coordinate with executive leadership on performance indicators and support Telesales operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function (200+ team members)
  • 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations within Medicare and Marketplace
  • Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and comparable telephony solutions
