Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery to lead telesales operations and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to ensure performance and growth
  • Design and implement strategic visions to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
  • Collaborate with various departments to support campaign management and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
  • 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
  • Experience with technology solutions relevant to sales delivery operations
