Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and client growth
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and adherence to regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
  • 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
  • Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and other telephony solutions is preferred
