Medicare Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
• Design and implement strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Coordinate with executive leadership on performance indicators and support new campaign implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
