Job Summary
Leading a fully remote team, the full-time salaried Medicare Sales Manager will oversee 25+ agents, driving conversion rates and maximizing enrollments for health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a high-performance sales culture while providing real-time coaching to agents on live calls
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable feedback to improve conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and maintain high-quality sales practices
Required qualifications
- 2+ years managing Medicare sales teams in a call center or telesales environment
- Experience managing 15-25+ agents with direct accountability for performance metrics
- Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D products
- Proven success in a high-volume inbound sales environment
- Experience leading teams through the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
