Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Manager to lead a remote team of sales agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a high-performance sales culture among a team of 25+ independent agents
- Provide real-time coaching on live calls to improve close rates and maximize inbound lead conversion
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and Medicare marketing standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience managing Medicare sales teams in a call center or telesales environment
- Experience managing 15-25+ agents with accountability for performance metrics
- Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D products
- Proven success in a high-volume inbound sales environment
- Experience leading teams through the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
