Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full prospective beneficiary cycle, including lead generation and relationship building
  • Meet daily outbound call goals to engage prospective beneficiaries and assess their needs
  • Educate prospective beneficiaries on Medicare options and guide them through the enrollment process
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of successful Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience
  • Ability to work as an independent self-starter as part of a team
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages
  • Current knowledge of CMS regulations related to marketing and enrollment
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management systems and Microsoft Office suite
