Job Summary
Supporting Medicare membership growth and retention, the full-time remote Medicare Sales Support Representative will assist prospective members, brokers, and internal partners with enrollment inquiries while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plans, assisting with enrollment questions and application statuses
- Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries and documenting interactions in CRM and enrollment systems
- Adhere to Medicare regulations and internal policies while meeting productivity and service level expectations
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or call center experience
- Proficiency in typing and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred
- Ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate good organizational skills
- Basic analytical skills necessary to evaluate customer needs
