Medicare Sales Training Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Sales and Training Representative (Medicare).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for agents interested in the Medicare platform, providing personalized support and training
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions and guide agents through the Medicare platform
• Collaborate with teams to establish referral processes and log interactions to ensure accurate tracking of agent progress

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales, customer support, or training role
• Experience in or exposure to Medicare brokerage and sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
• Bonus: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
