Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Segment Optimization Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and direct overall performance of assigned D-SNP markets, ensuring market P&L success
• Act as a Medicare subject matter expert and point of contact for assigned market, supporting sales and retention efforts
• Collaborate with various teams to monitor compliance, regulatory risks, and implement strategic plans for performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Managed Care, specifically in government programs and/or Medicare/Duals Health Plan Operations
• Strong leadership skills in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated adaptability to a rapidly changing business environment
• Experience in analyzing technical performance and driving team improvements
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
