• Support customer retention by resolving concerns on the first call and maintaining positive relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of company products to effectively assist customers
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) and licenses for advanced positions are a plus
