Medicare Specialist Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the Medicare Intake and Documentation team, the full-time Medicare Specialist Supervisor will ensure compliance with regulations and drive productivity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Medicare Specialists to achieve operational performance and compliance objectives
• Oversee the review and processing of Medicare orders to ensure accuracy and timely progression
• Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations and conduct quality audits to ensure audit readiness

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry
• At least three years of Medicare-focused operational experience required
• Demonstrated expertise in Medicare coverage criteria and documentation standards
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
