Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Actuary - Medicare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial performance of business blocks and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee the development and filing of premium rates with regulatory authorities
  • Supervise and develop actuarial staff focused on Medicare and State Sponsored areas
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field required
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
  • 5 - 8+ years of relevant professional work experience required
  • 4+ years of health insurance actuarial experience preferred
  • Prior management experience preferred
