Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Actuary - Medicare.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial performance of business blocks and identify opportunities for improvement
Oversee the development and filing of premium rates with regulatory authorities
Supervise and develop actuarial staff focused on Medicare and State Sponsored areas

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field required
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
5 - 8+ years of relevant professional work experience required
4+ years of health insurance actuarial experience preferred
Prior management experience preferred
