Medicare Star Ratings Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Star Ratings Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor member experience indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead Medicare member experience initiatives and collaborate with cross-departmental business leaders and external partners
• Develop data collection and reporting methods to monitor member experience and Medicare CAHPS performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, health policy or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Four years of professional experience in a health plan or managed care setting, specifically with Medicare Advantage or other Medicare products
• Two years of experience with Medicare Star ratings or similar quality improvement frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare products, regulations, and/or star ratings
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
