Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with corporate and health plan teams to develop and implement Medicare Stars quality improvement programs
• Manages and executes Medicare Star ratings programs, ensuring effective communication and outcome measurement
• Facilitates process improvements and organizational change management related to the Medicare Stars Program

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Medicare Stars program and project management
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Star ratings and quality improvement programs
• Experience with government-sponsored programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
