Medicare STARS Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To support Medicare Part D Star Ratings improvement initiatives, the full-time Medicare STARS Reporting Analyst will deliver advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurements while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Support Stars reporting and analytics for Medicare clients, including recurring and ad hoc data requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and document functional and technical requirements
• Perform detailed analysis of Stars performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience in analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Medicare, managed care, PBM, or health plans
• 1+ years of experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software
• Advanced proficiency in querying databases (SQL) for large datasets analysis
