Medicare Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Medicare Strategic Planning Manager will manage strategic projects and programs, collaborate with business leads to implement best practices, and drive initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes and cost savings within the Medicare Medical Affairs business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects and workstreams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliverables
• Collaborate with Med Affairs leaders and vendor management to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Develop analyses and presentations to support change initiatives and engage stakeholders effectively

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of management consulting experience, ideally within the health care sector
• 2+ years of experience in population health program design, health care operations, and/or clinical product development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
