Medicare Strategy Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Strategy Associate (Business Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains state and product-specific Medicare growth strategies
• Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepares presentations that articulate insights, tradeoffs, and recommended actions

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a managed care organization or health insurance field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Experience with federal regulatory policy resources, particularly CMS
• Robust knowledge of Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
