Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy (Medicare).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise strategy and drives growth strategies for current business units
• Leads high-priority projects from conception to implementation throughout the organization
• Generates local market insights and supports innovation while collaborating with executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
• At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking, with prior managed healthcare experience
• Understanding of the drivers of value in managed healthcare and broad knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Strategy experience with the ability to frame strategic challenges and create action plans
• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously
