Job Summary

Supporting senior leaders in strategy development, the full-time Medicare Strategy and Operations Manager will drive key strategic initiatives, conduct market research, and perform data analysis to enhance Medicare Advantage operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain state and product-specific Medicare strategies
• Execute market research on industry trends and customer needs
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify performance trends and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing Medicare strategies
• Ability to synthesize complex regulatory and operational data
• Strong organizational skills for managing regulatory data and policy changes
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones
