Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Support Associate to serve as a primary contact for Medicare Advantage broker partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to broker inquiries via phone and agent portal messages regarding plans and processes
• Assist brokers with application submissions and post-enrollment issues to ensure a smooth experience
• Document interactions and identify trends for process improvement while collaborating with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field
• 2+ years of customer service or support experience
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience with data entry and navigating multiple systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
