Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a telesales team to achieve sales targets and manage performance metrics
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with guidelines
• Support recruitment and training of new agents while maximizing operational effectiveness of the contact center

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Medicare telesales experience
• 2-3+ years of knowledge in Medicare products and telesales leadership
• 2-3+ years of experience managing call center KPIs
• High degree of computer and data literacy
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
