Medication Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Navigator for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients, providers, and pharmacies to promote timely medication fills and refills
• Educate patients on their medication regimens and assist in overcoming adherence barriers
• Support quality performance measures and participate in the development of new programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience working with patients, preferably in medication management
• Beginner level knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Access to a designated quiet workspace and ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Must reside in a location with high-speed internet access
