Medication Policy Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication and Pharmaceutical Policy Researcher to join their Healthcare Transformation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tasks related to pharmaceutical policy, including managing teams and budgets
• Conduct prescription drug reviews and provide clinical expertise for technical direction
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of technical reports and public-facing content

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience or Pharm.D. Degree
• Extensive familiarity with CMS, ACA, and Medicare Part D policies preferred
• Knowledge of medications, clinical guidelines, and standards of care
• Experience managing client relationships and projects, including mentoring teams
• Active pharmacist license preferred, but not required
