Job Summary

Providing essential customer service support for inbound and outbound Medication Therapy Management (MTM) pharmacy calls, the full-time remote CSR Medication Therapy Management will work Monday through Friday, ensuring compliance with departmental standards while educating members on medication adherence and optimizing healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Handles and records inbound/outbound pharmacy calls, ensuring compliance with CMS standards
  • Educates members on the importance of annual comprehensive medication reviews and medication adherence
  • Supports pharmacists in completing medication reviews and maintains accurate member contact information
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of related experience in call center or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
  • Ability to multitask while communicating with members
  • Strong independent work ethic for special projects and tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette
