Medication Therapy Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Medication Therapy Management Services (Bilingual preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Handles and records inbound/outbound pharmacy calls with members, providers, and pharmacies, ensuring compliance with standards
• Educates members on the importance of completing annual comprehensive medication reviews and maintaining medication adherence
• Supports pharmacists and technicians in daily operations and assists with comprehensive medication reviews

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in call center or customer service
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in developing positive relationships with coworkers and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
• Health care industry experience is preferred
