Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Medication Therapy Management Services - Remote Outbound Calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles and records inbound/outbound pharmacy calls while ensuring compliance with CMS standards
• Educates members on the importance of annual comprehensive medication reviews and medication adherence
• Supports pharmacists and technicians with clerical services and day-to-day pharmacy operations

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience, including call center or customer service experience
• Ability to work independently on special projects and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in developing and maintaining positive work relationships with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
• Health care industry experience is preferred
