Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Specialist Technician - MTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to schedule MTM clinician interventions for eligible beneficiaries
• Utilize the MTM process management system to document member information and assess beneficiary needs
• Perform outreach to pharmacies for contact information and address MTM-related queries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship
• Must have a suitable home office setup if working from home
• Knowledge of government programs, specifically Medicare
