Medidata Technical Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical lead for the Medidata application suite, the remote contract Medidata Technical Lead will provide end-to-end application support, manage user access, coordinate with vendors, and drive study setup activities for a global life sciences client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user access management and serve as the SME for the Medidata application suite across support tiers
• Coordinate with Medidata and third-party vendors on incident resolution and platform releases
• Drive study setup activities and provide validation support, including authoring test scripts and maintaining compliance documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Medidata Rave/EDC in a regulated clinical environment
• Deep knowledge of the Medidata suite and clinical data standards (CDISC, CDASH, SDTM)
• Experience with user access management and computer system validation (CSV)
• Ability to work fully remote during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
