MEDITECH Expanse LAB Analyst

Job Summary

To support the HCA Lab Product Team, the fully remote MEDITECH Expanse LAB Analyst will focus on the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the MEDITECH Expanse LAB module, collaborating with laboratory staff and IT teams to ensure effective system functionality and workflow validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the MEDITECH Expanse LAB module
• Partner with laboratory leadership and IT stakeholders to design and validate optimal lab workflows
• Configure, test, and support LAB functionality, including microbiology and analyzer interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with MEDITECH Expanse implementation for the LAB module
• Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical laboratory workflows
• Experience optimizing LAB workflows during implementations or upgrades
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
