Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems within MEDITECH Magic
Provide support for the Magic Pharmacy module
Document support issues, resolutions, and recurring trends for future reference

Qualifications & Experience

7 years MEDITECH Magic experience
Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician background preferred
Magic Pharmacy experience and providing support for workflows and order sets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree preferred
