MedPay/PIP Claims Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MedPay/PIP Claims Consultant I or II.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents and determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Collaborate with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes
• Handle investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate service
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
