Job Summary

To support a growing client base in the beauty industry, the full-time MedSpa Account Executive will manage and grow mid-market accounts, engage in consultative sales conversations, and oversee the entire sales cycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop opportunities by strategically prospecting and engaging with salon and spa owners
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to tailor product demos that address client needs and improve operations
  • Manage full sales cycles from initial outreach to closing, collaborating with internal teams for a seamless client experience
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the salon/spa or beauty technology sector
  • Proven success in selling to mid-market organizations and managing complex sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with MedSpa operations, including scheduling and patient management, is a strong plus
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage and track sales opportunities
