Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for payment posting, customer service, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with client policies, HIPAA, and performance standards
• Facilitate training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of team members

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting within the last six months
• At least 2 years of experience in physician payment posting and customer service
• Must complete HFMA CRCR and CSPR certifications within 90 days
