MedTech Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support healthcare facilities, the part-time MedTech Project Coordinator will manage scheduling for remote IT personnel performing software updates, coordinate day-to-day activities, and provide project-related metric reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and track day-to-day activities to ensure timely completion of field service needs
• Coordinate assignments with healthcare and customer facilities for supporting field team members
• Manage customer expectations regarding products and services

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-year relevant experience in field service coordination or related technical service
• Some experience supervising or leading team members required
• Ability to work independently and engage with leadership for issue resolution
• Experience with MS Office required; Salesforce experience is a plus
