Job Summary

A company is looking for a Meeting Event Housing Specialist to manage all aspects of event housing and client relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, Housing/Customer Service staff, and hotels
  • Consult with clients to create tailored business rules and best practices for events
  • Manage hotel contract terms, room assignments, and inventory to optimize performance
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Association and/or Corporate housing, customer service, or registration environments
  • Understanding of hotel contracts, room blocks, and concessions
  • Ability to lead within a team and demonstrate commitment to client service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
