Job Summary

A company is looking for a Meeting Planning Assistant to support the Coordination team in organizing and executing logistics for conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Meeting Planners and Conference Coordinators
  • Assist with organizing conference materials and managing registration information
  • Support onsite preparation and event execution as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across several conferences
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
