Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event goals, requirements, and budget
- Coordinate logistics for global congresses, including venue management and transportation
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in event execution, preferably in a corporate pharmaceutical environment
- Certifications such as CMP, CMP-HC, or CMM are preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software required
