Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Meetings & Events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event goals, requirements, and budget
  • Coordinate logistics for global congresses, including venue management and transportation
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience in event execution, preferably in a corporate pharmaceutical environment
  • Certifications such as CMP, CMP-HC, or CMM are preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software required
