Job Summary
To enhance global Meetings & Events operations, the full-time remote Center of Excellence Regional Platform Manager will manage the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of a Meetings & Events program while serving as the primary administrator for the Cvent platform.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and governance of the global Meetings & Events program, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and stakeholder engagement
- Administer the Cvent platform, managing user access, reporting, and system enhancements to optimize performance and compliance
- Deliver training and support for stakeholders, developing materials and promoting program adoption and change management initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Meetings & Events operations
- A minimum of 5 years managing event technology platforms, particularly Cvent
- Proven experience in driving organizational change and user adoption within global programs
- Strong knowledge of Meetings & Events governance, sourcing, and compliance processes
- Experience in training and stakeholder engagement within collaborative environments
