Job Summary
Managing the logistics and execution of multiple meetings throughout the year, the full-time Meetings Manager will coordinate face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid events remotely while leading a team and analyzing post-meeting data.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage meeting and tradeshow logistics, including RFPs and contract negotiations
- Oversee the end-to-end abstract and ePoster submission process for the annual meeting
- Provide on-site management and collaborate with vendors and hotel staff to ensure effective teamwork
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or CMP designation preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a meeting planning role
- Experience with medical associations and understanding of ACCME Policies and Procedures preferred
- Proficiency in online virtual event platforms, such as Zoom
- Strong knowledge of meeting planning principles and practices
