MEL and Data Specialist

Job Summary

MEL and Data Specialist, a full-time home-based position responsible for leading the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies for the DHE Multi Partner Trust Fund, ensuring effective data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the DHE's fund-level monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities
• Develop and implement key MEL elements including the Theory of Change, MEL Framework, and performance indicators
• Coordinate and support Participating Organizations with reporting processes and lead the production of consolidated reports

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in relevant fields or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) at an international level
• Proven experience in results-based management and evaluation of complex projects
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing MEL systems for large programs
• Fluency in English with exceptional writing and presentation skills
