MEL and Data Specialist

Job Summary

MEL and Data Specialist, a full-time home-based position, is responsible for leading the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies for a multi-partner trust fund focused on sustainable energy solutions in humanitarian settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of fund-level monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities
• Develop and implement the MEL Framework, including performance indicators and data collection methodologies
• Coordinate evaluation management and support Participating Organizations in their MEL activities

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in relevant fields or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at an international level
• Proven experience in results-based management and evaluation of complex projects
• Experience designing and implementing MEL systems for large program portfolios
• Fluency in English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
