Job Summary

A company is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Program Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support on projects, including data analysis and report drafting
Support business development activities and assist in recruitment processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Health or related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in international development
Ability to work independently in a non-typical office environment

Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative analysis software preferred
