Member Access Specialist

Job Summary

Connecting individuals to essential addiction and mental health care, the part-time hourly Member Access Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for prospective members, guiding them through the enrollment process and advocating for care options in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for prospective members through various communication channels, including phone and web inquiries
• Educate prospective members on the care model, addressing their needs and concerns while promoting Eleanor Health's services
• Manage leads and referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of interactions in CRM and EMR systems

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, particularly in patient access, care coordination, or admissions
• Strong sales mindset with a focus on outcomes while maintaining empathy and ethics
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment and adapt to change
• Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in emotionally complex situations
