• 2-4+ years of experience in a high-volume conversion-oriented role
• Comfort with outbound outreach to members and families
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Deep empathy for family caregivers
• Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
