Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Admissions Specialist to coordinate the intake experience for new members in a treatment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues affecting member treatment
  • Oversee day-to-day admission operations and manage the virtual workflow for member intakes
  • Coordinate with medical providers on scheduling and ensure accurate completion of admission forms
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with healthcare or insurance eligibility preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps
  • Experience with maintaining an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
