Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Admissions Specialist to coordinate the intake experience for new members in a treatment program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues affecting member treatment
- Oversee day-to-day admission operations and manage the virtual workflow for member intakes
- Coordinate with medical providers on scheduling and ensure accurate completion of admission forms
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with healthcare or insurance eligibility preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps
- Experience with maintaining an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
