Job Summary

Providing a high-quality intake experience for new members, the full-time Member Admissions Specialist will coordinate admission operations, manage member intakes, and collaborate with medical professionals and counselors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day admission operations and manage the virtual workflow for member check-in/out, payments, and prescriptions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and assist with troubleshooting treatment-related issues
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of member information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with healthcare or insurance eligibility preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps
  • Experience with maintaining an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
